Galicia and Asturias say ... cousins ...
do not know if cousins or siblings, but what if you can have good friends and if a common love how it is fishing, even better.
long been eagerly expecting a call from John Poper ( http://juanpopper.blogspot.com/ ) to go bass fishing in their area, the area of Honey, in A Coruña. Then last week we received the much desired invitation to fish the weekend.
We went to work and we took towards Honey, we waited three long hours of travel, who cut the next morning thinking ...
But the setbacks were soon ... first I forgot the keys inside the car, which, hammer in the window to get things back curb and with duct tape that had happened to ... We're off to the port with the car of John and get a door refuses to close ... back home for tools to fix it ...
return to port and someone that I will not say who is (jejeje. ..) forgets the spool ...
When we go to sea and were about ten, which we had lost the best time. But bad luck ends here ... when we have to leave the dock, John realizes that the direction of the boat is upside down ... had just been repaired and was still unproven, with the hassle that this involves fishing in the surf, where sometimes you have to maneuver quickly ...
I put the video of John, which is amazing ...
You can see another point of view in the blog of John Poper ( http://juanpopper.blogspot.com/2011/03/asturies-connection.html )
This was what gave the land if our incursion Galician was not bad, but could have been much better if the sea state was more suitable.
I have some photos of some vinyl I'm ready, are for shallow waters, as they have little weight.
Today I had the opportunity to try the black bass, the first event of the year, and were not very active but I got to buy one with vinyl and worked at low speed walkers.
That's all folks ... I hope soon more days to share with our cousins ...
soon and good fishing!
